About Active Health Report
Active Health Report is a curated health and wellness publication covering research, clinical insights, and practitioner perspectives — across topics like shockwave therapy, spinal care, active living, and recovery.
Who curates it
My name is Greg Viner. I’m not a clinician or a researcher. I’m someone who works closely with chiropractic practitioners across Canada and the US and pays close attention to what the research actually shows.
Why this site exists
One statistic kept coming up in my conversations with chiropractors: research consistently shows that only 10 to 15% of the general public ever seeks out chiropractic care. But a far larger percentage of people — the same people — are actively interested in health, wellness, recovery, and living better as they age. They’re already reading about these topics. They just haven’t connected the dots between what they’re curious about and what’s available to them.
Active Health Report is built for that audience. The goal is to cover health and wellness topics that people genuinely want to read about, and along the way, introduce them to therapies and approaches — shockwave therapy, spinal care, laser therapy — that they may not have known existed or considered.
What “curated” means here
I select every topic, research the sources, and decide what gets published. I’m not a journalist or a scientist, but I’m deliberate about what I include and rigorous about what I don’t.
If you’re a clinician and you’d like to contribute or be featured, I’d be glad to hear from you.
